Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel's location was good, allowing easy access to Souq Waqif and Mushreib by foot. The room felt a bit dated with stained carpets and was infested with insects and cockroaches, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the bathroom was spacious with comfy beds. The dining options were limited and overpriced, not living up to the advertised buffet. The service was friendly and approachable, although maintenance issues were noted. Overall, the noisy environment and unprofessional receptionist detracted from an otherwise decent stay.
The rooms, despite being the remnants of the old hotel, were surprisingly spacious, neat, and tidy. Service was a mixed bag with friendly front office staff, but some security concerns with room access. Dining was average with limited options. The facilities meet basic needs with room for improvement.
The hotel was not fully ready to receive guests and the room was cold with air conditioning issues, but the service was quick in addressing concerns and very friendly. The location was excellent for nearby attractions, although some confusion was noted regarding the hotel's name. The dining options were overpriced and limited, whereas the facilities were not up to standard.
The hotel offers very large and relaxing rooms with clean cupboards, making the stay comfortable. The location is near some of the best cultural attractions in Doha, but there are some cleanliness issues to note. The dining experience is average with limited options, and the facilities are standard.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and excellently clean and tidy, but the partition was poor, noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive, and the Indian receptionist was rude at times.
